My name is Jeremy Alexander and I love Christ. That is really where this all starts. It has been a long journey for me to where I am now in my relationship with Christ, but I am so glad that by the grace of God I have made it to this point. I am doing the things that I love and am in a line of work that I believe can truly make an impact in the only way that really matters. I am working for God to help change the eternal destinations of the people in this world. I do this through multiple forms of communicating His gospel. Whether it be through video, music, blogs, or even my everyday actions and attitude, I am trying to let Christ shine through and be made famous.
The Ministry
I have been on an interesting journey when it comes to the different areas of ministry I have worked in. I have grown up in the church, but never took any interest in it until the summer between my sophomore and junior year of high school. Prior to that I had created websites for my own personal purposes. This ranged from stupid videos that I made with my friends (no they are no longer online and never will be again) to fan fiction I made for different sites and video games. I was a total internet nerd! I struggled with what the content for my sites would be for a very long time. Even once I had gotten into ministry work, I was working for a church and not so much building an online ministry. I was the praise and worship leader for the youth group at Barefoot Church in North Myrtle Beach, SC for two years. During that time I also worked as the "video guy" and did a lot of administrative work as well for the youth ministry. During that time God really did a lot of work on my heart and changed my attitude and intentions drastically. Then it was time for college. I spent my freshman year at Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) where I majored in Film and Television. It was not a very good atmosphere for a Christian. There was constant criticism. I also found that I really wanted to have a more direct ministry education. I was there to get my degree and then use it in a ministry setting, but I still didn't feel like I was where I was supposed to be. So I transferred to Liberty University and I have never looked back. LU is the greatest school on the planet and I could never have pictured a better place to be getting my education. It was my first year here at LU that I started the Best Love Ever ministry. That consisted of a live web show that I did three times a week. I talked about different subjects of the Christian faith and also opened up the chat room to some Q&A. After a while I felt like I needed to be moving on from that I really got into YouTube. I have been there ever since. I love the vlogging style of communicating. I feel like it gets a lot of ideas out really efficiently and has the attitude of keeping an open forum to opinions from the viewers. Anyway, that is a VERY condensed version of my journey up until this point. If you have anymore questions about my life and where I have come from then just let me know and I'd be happy to share any of my experiences with you!
